Because TRIO Talent understands that clients have different needs based on types of work they’re performing and the various phases of projects, we make it a point to prepare our electricians on specific tasks when needed. What this allows for is a faster production rate on the jobsite because our electrician teams are shown how to use the proper tools for the task at hand to be the most efficient, safe, and productive. Bootcamps last anywhere from two days to two weeks depending on the depth of skillset required and the client need.
